Victoria English Martin

Victoria English Martin has been involved in the fields of and exercise and nutrition since her teenage years. She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics, which included an extensive curriculum in Anatomy and Exercise Physiology. She settled in Miami and raised four children while creating a private Pilates practice, which incorporated nutritional education, menu planning and health coaching for her clients. After a lifetime of the mountains calling, she finally moved to Denver four years ago.

Victoria credits Pilates and proper nutrition with allowing her to continue an active lifestyle as she has recovered from four ACL reconstruction surgeries, chronic arthritis throughout multiple joints, and a recent 18-month battle with aggressive breast cancer. These challenges have served to fuel not only her compassion for others but to continue her education in movement and advocacy. During cancer treatment, she became an Integrative Nutrition Coach.  Additionally, she created and hosts a podcast, “After the Crisis”, become a Legislative Ambassador for The American Cancer Society, and obtained certification as a Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist.

Life today includes “momming-on-demand” of her three young adult children, raising her middle schooler, cooking, audiobooks, her dogs, hiking and living in gratitude for each breath.
